Meet Magal Solutions' Executive Management Team.
Col. Eran Gabay joined Magal in July 2021 as VP of Strategy & Business Development.
Prior to his role in Magal, Mr. Gabay served 27 years in command & operational positions in the IDF, mostly in the Combat Collection Corps, and was the first to be appointed as head of the border defense department in the army.
In this position, Mr. Gabay was responsible for the operational concept of Israel’s borders, building & training special units for border protection, and leading the R&D of border protection technological systems.
In his last position, Mr. Gabay was assigned as the DA & Military attaché to South America. Retired from military service in 2021 with the rank of Colonel.
Mr. Gabay holds a (BA) in Law from Bar Ilan University and a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ben Gurion University.
Mr. Hoze joined Magal in 2016.
Mr. Hoze started in Magal as a projects manager, then promoted to the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales manager and later appointed COO, in charge of Manufacturing, Service, Procurement & Operations.
Prior to Mr. Hoze’s tenure in Magal, he served in the IDF, 8200 intelligence unit, for 27 years and completed his service as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Hoze holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the faculty of Political Sciences in Bar-Ilan University.
Mr. Benayoun joined Magal in December 2016.
Prior to his role as Magal’s CFO, Mr. Benayoun was Magal’s Director of Finance.
In his previous roles, Mr. Benayoun was a member of the finances team of “OPC Energy”, a supervisor in PWC Israel and Deputy Director of budget in the Israeli Ministry of Science, Culture and Sports.
Mr. Benayoun brings strong financial and operational experience in both private and public sectors, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler joined Magal in March 2022.
Prior to his time at Magal, Mr. Sharon-Kettler was a sr. group manager for RT Embedded software systems at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ:ESLT). Mr. Sharon-Kettler’s previous roles cover several software management positions in Elbit Systems, as well as acting as a software POC for safety and cyber boards, and taking part in many business related value teams and strategic processes.
He has also held various other software and management roles in different companies.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler brings passion to innovation and R&D with many years of experience in software and R&D management along international customers management, offshore management, teams, groups, and organization growth.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler holds a B.Sc. Computer Science from the Haifa University.
Ortal joined Magal in November 2020.
Before joining Magal, Mrs. Segal held several Placement Management and HR Business Partner positions at Danziger, Pharma Job and Orange, and specialized in all aspects of the organizational employee’s life cycle, including recruitment, global talent acquisition, welfare, compensation & benefits as well as organizational development and change management processes.
Mrs. Segal holds a BA in Social Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and an MBA in Business Management with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from The College of Management.
Mr. Lopez joined Magal in 2009, appointed to establish and develop the Iberian subsidiary of the group. Prior to joining Magal, Mr. Lopez served as director and partner director in several well reputed companies related to security.
Mr. Lopez holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Lopez also holds an Advanced Degree in Security and he is Director of Security by the Ministry of Interior of Spain.
Mr. Pollyack joined Magal in July 2020.
Prior to joining Magal, Mr. Pollyack served as Israel’s Commercial Attaché in Russia and Romania and as the General Director of ARI RUSSIA in Moscow.
In his current position, Mr. Pollyack is responsible for business development and sales in the CIS markets. He maintains extensive relationships with clients in the HLS sector, with an emphasis on the oil and gas industry and international borders verticals. In recent years, he has led successful sales processes, resulting in winning projects in Azerbaijan, specifically for Oil & Gas strategic facilities & infrastructure and transportation hubs & operators.
Mr. Pollyack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Haifa.
Mr. Neelabh joined Magal in 2012 and is heading The Indian Subsidiary
Before his role as Head in Magal India,
Mr. Neelabh Served as General Manager in various projects in India and Abroad including IGI airport, New Delhi. KPA, Mombasa, etc.
Mr. Neelabh holds a B.Tech (in Electronics and Telecommunications) from Mumbai University.
Mr. García joined Magal in 2017.
He began his tenure at Magal as Regional Commercial Manager for Mexico and South America, was subsequently promoted to Commercial Manager for Latin America, and was later appointed Commercial and Marketing Director for Latin America.
Prior to joining Magal, Mr. García held senior management positions in various companies within the fields of intelligence systems, cybersecurity, technology design and implementation, and software development.
Mr. García holds a B.A. in Computer Systems from Unitec University, is certified in DSE by Universidad Pontificia Comillas, successfully completed the Executive Management Skills Development Program at ICAMI, and has undertaken various courses in the field of electronic security.
