Mr. Bram joined Magal in February 2020.
Prior to his time at Magal, Mr. Bram was DIRCM (Directional Infrared Counter Measures) Business Unit Manager at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ:ESLT).
Previously, Mr. Bram served as CEO of UAV Tactical Systems, a UK-based joint venture between Elbit Systems and Thales in the field of Unmanned Air Vehicles. He has also held various leadership positions in the Elbit Systems group, including program management, operations, and engineering.
Mr. Bram brings extensive experience in international sales, multi-year strategy setting and execution, international customers management, multi-disciplinary engineering development, programs, production, and large-scale supply chain management.
Mr. Bram holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Brimer joined Magal in May 1988.
During the last 34 years in Magal Mr. Brimer was managing the international project department and was involved directly to the sale and operation of the top projects all over the world.
Before joining Magal, Mr. Brimer was managing international projects in the homeland security in the five continentals for six years. Prior to his time at the homeland security field,
Mr. Brimer was managing traffic control systems for 10 years
Mr. Brimer holds a diploma of project management Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Mr. Benayoun joined Magal in December 2016.
Prior to his role as Magal’s CFO, Mr. Benayoun was Magal’s Director of Finance.
In his previous roles, Mr. Benayoun was a member of the finances team of “OPC Energy”, a supervisor in PWC Israel and Deputy Director of budget in the Israeli Ministry of Science, Culture and Sports.
Mr. Benayoun brings strong financial and operational experience in both private and public sectors, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
Mr. Salomons joined the company in May 2023.
Prior to joining Magal, Mr. Salomons held several managerial and executive positions at Elbit Systems subsidiaries, including as the CEO of U-TacS (UK) and VP of Programs at AEL Sistemas (Brazil).
Previously, served as Director of Engineering at AD&D (Aero Design & Development) before becoming its CEO.
Mr. Salomons has extensive Organizational and Program Management experience from various multi-million-dollar global activities in LATAM and the Middle East.
Mr. Salomons holds a B.Sc. Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institution of Technology) and an MBA from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (Reichman University).
Col. Eran Gabay joined Magal in July 2021 as VP of Strategy & Business Development.
Prior to his role in Magal, Mr. Gabay served 27 years in command & operational positions in the IDF, mostly in the Combat Collection Corps, and was the first to be appointed as head of the border defense department in the army.
In this position, Mr. . Gabay was responsible for the operational concept of Israel’s borders, building & training special units for border protection, and leading the R&D of border protection technological systems.
In his last position, Mr. Gabay was assigned as the DA & Military attaché to South America. Retired from military service in 2021 with the rank of Colonel.
Mr. Gabay holds a )BA( in Law from Bar Ilan University and a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ben Gurion University.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler joined Magal in March 2022.
Prior to his time at Magal, Mr. Sharon-Kettler was a sr. group manager for RT Embedded software systems at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ:ESLT). Mr. Sharon-Kettler’s previous roles cover several software management positions in Elbit Systems, as well as acting as a software POC for safety and cyber boards, and taking part in many business related value teams and strategic processes.
He has also held various other software and management roles in different companies.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler brings passion to innovation and R&D with many years of experience in software and R&D management along international customers management, offshore management, teams, groups, and organization growth.
Mr. Sharon-Kettler holds a B.Sc. Computer Science from the Haifa University.
Ortal joined Magal in November 2020.
Before joining Magal, Mrs. Segal held several Placement Management and HR Business Partner positions at Danziger, Pharma Job and Orange, and specialized in all aspects of the organizational employee’s life cycle, including recruitment, global talent acquisition, welfare, compensation & benefits as well as organizational development and change management processes.
Mrs. Segal holds a BA in Social Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and an MBA in Business Management with focus on Human Resources and Organizational Development from The College of Management.
Mr. Hoze joined Magal in 2016.
Mr. Hoze started in Magal as a projects manager, then promoted to the Pre-Sales and Post-Sales manager and later appointed COO, in charge of Manufacturing, Service, Procurement & Operations.
Prior to Mr. Hoze’s tenure in Magal, he served in the IDF, 8200 intelligence unit, for 27 years and completed his service as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Hoze holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the faculty of Political Sciences in Bar-Ilan University.
Mr. Rosenfeld joined Magal in March 2019.
Before joining Magal, Mr. Rosenfeld acted as Attorney at Law in the firm “Gilat, Bareket & Co.”, of Reinhold-Cohn Group, one of the leading intellectual property firms in Israel, where he specialized in Litigation and Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
Mr. Rosenfeld holds a LL. B from Tel Aviv University.
Mr. Garcia joined Magal in February 2013.
Before joining Magal, Mr. Garcia served as general manager of Prosegur Mexico, which was preceded by several leadership and general management roles in leading security organizations, among them UTC Fire & Security and Tyco Fire & Security.
Mr. Garcia holds a degree in Telecom Engineering and a Digital Marketing Master degree, has successfully participated in various executive programs, including the Management Development Program (D-1) from the IPADE Business School.
Mr. Lopez joined Magal in 2009, appointed to establish and develop the Iberian subsidiary of the group. Prior to joining Magal, Mr. Lopez served as director and partner director in several well reputed companies related to security.
Mr. Lopez holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a M.B.A. in Sales and Marketing. Mr. Lopez also holds an Advanced Degree in Security and he is Director of Security by the Ministry of Interior of Spain.
